Nobody likes to wait endlessly for their packages, so we do everything we can to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

If you are not satisfied with a product, that is of course a great pity but you do have the option of returning it.

You can return the unworn socks to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. You will only have to cover the shipping costs.

1. Pack the goods.

Please pack the socks carefully and securely in the original packaging or another sturdy box. A direct exchange is not possible. Please place a new order.

2. Let us know.

Please send us a message using the contact form (you can find it at the bottom) stating that you wish to make a return and please let us know the reason for the return.

3. Request a return label.

Click the button below to create your DHL return label.

* Enter your address details.

* Click "Next" to create the return label as a PDF.

* Print out the return label or show the displayed QR code at the DHL post office, DHL parcel shop or DHL Packstation and the return label will be printed for you.

* Stick the printed label on your package.

* Drop off the parcel at the nearest DHL post office, DHL parcel shop or DHL Packstation.

Once we've received and processed your return, you'll receive an email from us with information about the credit note. The credit note amount will then be refunded to you via the payment method you used for your order.

Please note that unfortunately we cannot cover the shipping costs.
